Players selected for FA squad

Four Spartans players have been honoured by being selected for an FA Representative Squad. Dan Maguire, Lewis Horner, Nathan Buddle and Matty Wade have been chosen by England C team manager Paul Fairclough as part of a squad of 16. Ashington trip in NSC Semi final draw

The draw for the Northumberland Senior Cup semi final was made last night and Spartans will face an away tie against Ashington. The other semi final sees Newcastle United Under 21s entertain Whitley Bay for a place in the final.
