Following Tuesday’s first pre-season win away at Sunderland RCA, Spartans face Blue Square South Division side Tonbridge Angels this Saturday at Croft Park in a 3pm kick off.
All of Tommy Cassidy’s new signings will be in the squad to face Tonbridge as they look to continue their improvement through the pre-season campaign and prepare for the upcoming Evo-Stik Premier Division season. Striker Craig Farrell will be looking to continue his goal a game record since signing for the Spartans.
Tonbridge Angels are a club noted for producing famous names in football. The Kent side have seen the likes of Malcolm McDonald, Ron Saunders and England manager Roy Hodgson turn out in their colours and will provide a stern test for Tommy Cassidy’s side
