Minutes of the Blyth Spartans Supporters Club Committee meeting held on 10/09/11

Correspondence:
· The usual bills and requests.
Shop/kit:
· Hats to be ordered
· Checking on supply of teddy bears
· Internet shop sales slow, credit cards can now be used on the website
· Stock needed for market
Treasurer:
· Bank balance healthy
Programme:
· Going well, we are currently collecting money from adverts.
AOB:
· Discussion regarding email about clearing the ground up after home games
· Electrics in club shop discussed, along with the state of the roof
· Bills to pay for water rates etc...
· Various donations of kit have been made to the club
· An appeal for support for the rock nights held in the social club
