Jordan Summerly Pens New One-Year Deal

Left-back Jordan Summerly says he is “buzzing” to be continuing his journey with Spartans after signing a new one-year deal with the club.
The 29-year-old former North Shields F.C., Ashington A.F.C. and Newcastle Blue Star F.C. full-back made an instant impact after arriving at Croft Park in November last year.
His solid defensive displays, combined with his ability to get forward and deliver dangerous crosses into the box, played a huge role in turning Spartans' season around during the early months of Marc Nash's reign, before injury unfortunately cut his campaign short in March.
After agreeing his new deal, Summerly said:
I'm buzzing to be continuing my journey with Blyth Spartans. Coming in midway through last season and helping the club turn things around and avoid relegation has made me hungry for even more.
It was a tough but rewarding experience, and I'm excited to get back out there and give the fans a season they can really get excited about.
