Croft Park refurbishment: Volunteer labour required - can you help?

Blyth Spartans are looking for help from among our amazing supporters as we look to get Croft Park, and in particular the clubhouse, spruced up ahead of the new season.

We're trying to put together a team of both skilled and unskilled volunteers to work alongside our builders and decorators. All that's required is a willingness to help - though we'd be particularly pleased to hear from any tradesmen or women in the construction industry, and especially anyone with skills in painting, tiling and woodwork.

There are quite a few odd jobs in need of urgent attention around the ground, but additionally we are undertaking the refurbishment of the social club. This will be led by a small team of decorators and builders from F. Southern Ltd. and M&C Construction, who are giving up their time free of charge to carry out decoration, kitchen fitting and general handyman-type work.

We've designated two weekends for this work, namely the 21st and 22nd June, and then the 28th and 29th June. Work will start at 8:30am each day.

So, can you help? All assistance will be very much appreciated, and off-the-field support like this plays its part in securing success on the pitch.
