Anthony Woodhouse and Graeme Scott appointed as Assistant Manager and Club Medic

Alongside newly appointed First-Team Manager Marc Nash, we are pleased to announce that Anthony Woodhouse has joined Blyth Spartans as Assistant Manager, with Graeme Scott appointed as Club Medic.

Woodhouse, affectionately known as 'Woody', enjoyed a highly respected playing career, including a spell with Spartans in the early 2000s, before moving into management. He later took charge at North Shields before joining Newcastle Benfield, earning a strong reputation for himself in management.

Woody then stepped into the Assistant Manager role alongside Nash, with the pair enjoying successful spells together at North Shields and Newcastle Blue Star, achieving promotion to the NPL East with Shields and guiding Blue Star from Northern League Division Two to the Division One play-off final.

Club Medic Graeme Scott was also a key part of that success, working closely with both Nash and Woodhouse at North Shields and Blue Star. His expertise and dedication to player welfare have been instrumental in keeping squads fit and firing.

We're delighted to welcome both Woody and Scotty to Croft Park, and we look forward to seeing them in the dugout this weekend!
