Spencer is a product of both Newcastle United's academy and Blyth Spartans Academy, progressing into the first team during the 2025/26 season. Despite being just 17 years old, Spencer established himself as a valuable member of Marc Nash's squad through a series of mature performances. His rapid development has marked him out as one of the club's brightest young prospects.
