Harry is a product of Newcastle United’s academy but has also featured for other non league sides such as Dunston, Blyth Town and Newcastle Blue Star. The defender offers Spartans versatility despite being a natural central defender Barclay can also cover both full back positions. Manager Marc Nash brought Barclay to Newcastle Blue Star following his release from Newcastle United's academy and has since signed him up to Spartans this summer after a brief spell away from football.
