Blyth Spartans are delighted to announce the loan capture of Lirak Hasani from Gateshead until the end of the season.
The 21-year-old midfielder began his career at Doncaster Rovers and featured 16 times for their first team having risen through the youth ranks. He has also gained experience out on loan at Matlock Town, Basford United and Boston United in recent years.
He had a stint on loan at National League North rivals South Shields earlier in the season where he made 24 appearances scoring two goals, and was named The Mariners’ Player of the Month for August.
Hasani returned to The Heed in January after being recalled and has made five outings in the National League.
He will be eligible to make his Spartans debut against Curzon Ashton this afternoon.
