Gareth Williams – 350 Appearances

In tonight’s match with Stalybridge Celtic the Blyth Spartans captain Gareth Williams will make his 350th appearance for the club. Signed from Whitley Bay at the start of the 2000 season ‘Cheeks’ has grown from a squad player, into one of the team’s most consistent performers as well as the Club Captain. Well done Cheeks!

Mark Bell Signs Contract

Rotary Club Make Presentation

Prior to Saturday’s match with Stafford Rangers the George Robson of Blyth’s Rotary Club presented the Club with a framed shirt to commemorate their recent excellent run in the FA Cup. The shirt was originally purchased by Frameworks of Blyth and used as window display during the run, the framed shirt will now be on display at Croft Park as a reminder of the epic run.
