Radio Northumberland will be airing a Spartans Christmas 2013 special from 2-4pm today.
Hosted by the station’s Head of Sport Jonny Hall and Spartans Senior Press Officer Mark Carruthers there will be highlights from some of the more memorable games they have covered. Included will be Tom Wade’s first game in charge which was a thrilling 3-2 win over Ilkeston, the 6-0 FA Trophy demolition of Skelmersdale United(Craig Hubbard’s hat-trick goal from that game is pictured above) and the recent 3-2 win over Rushall Olympic plus many more.
They will also be playing music from 2013 and some Christmas classics to get you in the festive spirit.
