Following the sad passing of former Spartans striker Scott Bell yesterday the club can announce that we will pay our respects with a minute of applause prior to kick off in the Ilkeston game at Croft Park next Tuesday night.
Although a minutes silence is the normal custom the club felt that in light of Scott’s bravery and dedication to raising awareness of Motor Neurone Disease a minutes applause would be more appropriate.
More announcements will be made in due course.
