Blyth Spartans are delighted to announce that local Estate Agent Lennon Properties will take over as official sponsors of the Plessey End of the Stadium this summer from Tynetec.
Martin Trinder is the Director and founder of Lennon Properties and as a Blyth Supporter he jumped at the opportunity to have his company name associated with the Spartans senior side after a number of years being associated with the juniors. “I have always been a huge supporter of Blyth Spartans and am proud to sponsor my local club.” Trinder told the Blyth Spartans official website.
Commercial Manager Mark Scott earmarked Lennon Properties as a key local business to work with early into his role in the summer of 2016: “I’d invited Martin to a game a couple of times and it was good to meet him with his son Lennon also in attendance. I could see he was keen to show his support for the club and way before the opportunity to sponsor the Plessey End of the ground came up he expressed his desire to have his businesses name prominent in the Stadium.”
With considerable experience in the property sector Martin grew up in Blyth and has always had a keen interest in both residential and commercial properties. He began purchasing property in 1997 at the young age of 18 and has continued to build up a substantial property portfolio to the current day.
