The Football Association instigated an investigation into the circumstances which resulted in a pitch incursion following the FA Cup match against Wrexham at Croft Park.
The Club has since been advised that any repetition of this sort of behaviour by spectators will result in disciplinary action being taken against the Club by the Football Association.
This is a serious situation, and any further incursion or breach of rules could result in a large fine and other costly sanctions, in what are already challenging financial times both for ourselves and many other clubs at our level.
It has been said time and again how much the players and management appreciate the fantastic backing of supporters, but this must be given in a responsible manner, with respect for the stadium rules to ensure everyone enjoys the match day experience
