Away FA Cup and Trophy draws for Spartans

The draws have been made for the first stages of this season’s FA Cup and FA Trophy and Spartans have been handed two away draws. In the first Qualifying round of the FA Cup Tom Wade’s side face a wait to see who they will play with potential opponents including Nelson, West Auckland Town or Darlington. Whoever the eventual opponents are the tie will take place on Saturday 13th September….

AGM and Open Forum announced

This season’s AGM and Open Forum will take place on Thursday 14th August, just forty eight hours before Spartans open their Evo-Stik Northern Premier League campaign. Juniors join first team for training

Two of Blyth Spartans Juniors sides got to train alongside the first team on Thursday night and manager Tom Wade revealed that he would like it to be a more permanent feature. Fixtures release date announced

It’s six weeks on Saturday when Tom Wade’s Blyth Spartans begin the Evo-Stik Northern Premier League campaign for the 2014/15 season. The League have announced that the date for the release of this season’s fixtures will be Thursday 17th July. Full details of Spartans 2014/15 fixtures will be available on the official website at 9am on that day.
