The Club has received a very generous offer from an ardent Blyth Spartans supporter to pay for the overnight stay, for our game at Bishop’s Stortford on Saturday 6th January kick-off at 1pm.
The supporter, who wishes to remain anonymous, said: “I have supported The Spartans for over 60 years, it’s my way of helping the players and thanking them for their commitment.”
All at the Club are immensely grateful to the supporter and thank him so much for his support in this way.
This now means that the money being currently raised by our supporters, through the Crowd Funder, can be directed to an overnight stay at Gloucester or Hereford. Again, this will help the team prepare for the game ahead of them professionally, helping them build on our positive results.
