1. Minutes of previous meeting accepted
– Accepted
2. Matters Arising
– Inspectors from HMRC visit completed and all documents were made available to them
3. Correspondence
– Police visit in respect of break in to advise what further protection can be installed
4. Football
– Visiting supporters from FCUM not as many as expected (due to re-arranged fixture)
– There was no trouble whatsoever from FCUM supporters and they are to be complimented on behaviour
– Doodson League Cup games start W/C 7 February
– Two new ‘7-day approach’ letters have been sent
– Serious issues with crowds dropping throughout the league
5. Social Club
– Hiring of Club for 18th birthday parties needs to be reconsidered, as there has been issues at the last two events
– Accounts up to the end of November should be complete in next few days
– Special price promotion for 15 Dec, Boxing Day and 29 Dec matches will be advertised this week
6. AOB
– IKE will chase the league with regards to the claim against AFC Fylde
