TEAM NEWS
A solid 4-0 showing on the weekend put Blyth within goal difference of top spot in the league and we have another chance to do so on Tuesday night as we host Hyde United. The Manchester side has suffered 2 straight relegations from the National Conference and North but have started the campaign well and find themselves 11th. Scoring ten goals in their last two games shows that they have confidence and goal scoring threats and those are attributes which they’ll bring to Croft Park.

Robbie Dale’s screamer put him onto the 150 goal mark for Spartans and his 8th in the league this campaign. He’ll be hoping to continue his side’s great home form by contributing towards a 5th home win. Paul Robinson also made a return to the first team fold, also adding a screamer of his own to match his captain’s. He’ll be hoping he can get more minutes under his belt as he continues his return from injury. Fabian Otte made his first league appearance at Croft Park at the weekend between the sticks, collecting a clean sheet in the progress. He is likely to be tested to his full ability against Hyde United, if he is selected ahead of Adam McHugh.

OPPOSITION MANAGER
Gary Lowe – Been in charge since the start of 2015. He previously managed the side to promotion to the National Conference in 2011/12.

DANGER MAN
Scott Spencer – has scored six goals (two hat tricks) in his last two games. Plus a last minute winner at Darlington and three out of seven goals against Stamford.
