Looking at the form book before this match, this was a game we were more than capable of winning. However, a below par performance saw us loing 4-2, with the Spartans goals from Brooklyn Holcz (his first in a green and white shirt) and Kieron Garrett. Lewis Best ran his socks off in midfield throughout the game and just couldn’t score, with even one of his team mates getting in the way of a shot that was headed for the back of the net.
