The club can announce that Blyth Spartans will face Blyth Town in a training game at Croft Park on Tuesday night (7.30pm kick off).
The game will allow new manager Tommy Cassidy the opportunity to run the rule over a couple of trialists, as well as have an additional look at the existing members of his squad.
Admission to the game will be free and the Social Club will be open should SpartansFans wish to enjoy a pre or post match pint.
