The club’s half-time draw will be returning to Croft Park for our season opener against Kidderminster Harriers on Saturday. We now have a dedicated kiosk at Croft Park where draw tickets can be purchased alongside match programmes (in addition to our standard programme sellers), where contactless card payments will be accepted for the first time. Spartans’ boss Terry Mitchell spoke to Blyth Live’s Phil Castiaux following Spartans 2-1 pre-season defeat away to North Shields. The 18-year-old arrives at Croft Park on an initial three-month loan deal, which Blyth has the option to extend. After being recruited by Carlisle from Wallsend Boys Club, Fishburn scored 23 goals in his first season at academy level, which resulted in him earning a two-year contract in the summer of 2021….
