It with deep regret & sadness that Blyth Spartans AFC are required to advise of the death of lifelong supporter & friend of the Club Ken Sproat, who passed away tragically on Monday of this week. Ken over the last few years took up the mantle of Club Historian & authored the fantastic Club history ‘We’re the Famous Blyth Spartans’. Our thoughts at this time are with his wife Janine, daughter Bethan & all his family & friends. RIP Ken, you will be sadly missed by all.
