Blyth Spartans are delighted to announce that Jarrett Rivers has re-signed for the Club.
After his spectacular performance for Spartans in the 2014-15 FA Cup tie against Hartlepool United, Jarrett caught the attention of Lee Clark’s Blackpool, signing terms with the then-League One outfit in July 2015. Rivers made thirteen appearances in total for the Tangerines, and scored the opening goal in their 2-1 win over Port Vale in the Football League Trophy.
His contract with Blackpool was not renewed for the current season, and after pre-season training with Spartans he has now signed for the Club.
