Whilst negotiations are ongoing with the remainder of the current squad, the club can regretfully announce that the following players have not been able to agree terms with Blyth Spartans and have informed manager Tommy Cassidy that they wish to continue their footballing careers away from Croft Park: –

– Glen Taylor*
The club would like to thank the above players for their efforts whilst at the club and would like to wish them all the best in their future careers.
* Glen Taylor has a new job, which will not allow him to commit to the travelling required to play football at this level.
