Monday’s draw for the 2nd Qualifying round of the FA Cup provided Spartans with a home tie against local rivals Bedlington Terriers, and Blyth manager Steve Cuggy claimed to be ‘really excited’ ahead of the October 1st clash at Croft Park.
“I was really excited when I heard the draw and it’s without doubt the biggest game of our season so far.” said Cuggy.
He added: “I know how much the FA Cup means at Blyth and it’s a huge, huge game for us.”
