The Football Conference confirms the following has been posted on the official web-site of Weymouth Football Club and the club has informed the Football Conference of the content.
The Conference awaits further communication from the club regarding its on-going trading position with all its creditors in compliance with Conference Rules 2.11, 11 and 14.

Over the last two and half months we have been servicing our creditors as per our agreements however, within the last month more debts have come to light which has impacted the business severely.
Therefore we have taken advice from an insolvency practitioner and they have recommended that The Football Club try to enter into a Company Voluntary Arrangement with all creditors.
All shareholders and creditors should receive documents by the end of this week.
