Chris Emms Leaves Blyth

The club can confirm that midfielder Chris Emms has left the club.

The 27-year-old midfielder was one of former manager Steve Cuggy’s first signing and he made his debut for the club in the season opener away at Histon. He scored his first goal, with a fine free kick, in the 3-1 win over Bishop Stortford and has since gone on to play 26 games for the club, scoring 3 times.

Chris has signed for Northern League side Billingham Synthonia (he scored for them on Saturday).

The club would like to thank Chris for his efforts at the club and would like to wish him the best in his career away from Croft Park.
