Selection in tonight’s match with Guiseley will see Rob Dale clock up his 250th game for the Spartans.
Signed from Ryton in March 2005, Rob scored a hat-trick on his debut against Wakefield-Emley and has gone onto to be a main stay of the side ever since, as well as the darling of the Croft Park faithful.
In his 249 games to date, the 26-year-old has managed an impressive 92 goals, with many of his recent performances coming as an attacking midfielder/winger rather than as a traditional striker.
Well done Rob, here’s to 250 more games!
