TEAM NEWS
Spartans will be hoping to get back into winning ways as they travel to Manchester to play 21st placed Trafford FC. Going back to August when we played Trafford, they gave a good account of themselves but they haven’t recorded a win since 9th November.

Blyth will continue to be without suspended Ash Davis for this fixture as he serves a three match ban. Spartans will also be without the suspended Aaron Wearmouth. So it’ll be Dan Maguire the only fit striker available for the team. Saturday saw the return of centre back Arjun Purwal linking up with his usual partner – Nathan Buddle. Hopefully they will continue their solid performances.

IN THE AWAY DUG OUT
Garry Vaughan – been incharge of the club since the 09/10 season

DANGER MAN
Shelton Payne – Constant threat up front and scored against Blyth in the reverse fixture
