The campaign for National League North and South clubs gets underway on Saturday 14th August, with the National division starting one week later. Blyth Spartans AFC can confirm our fixture with AFC Telford United has been postponed after we informed the National League of our intention not to travel. Furthermore, we can confirm the club has been charged with not fulfilling Tuesday’s National League North fixture with Bradford Park Avenue. We are in the process of responding to the National League by using the appropriate procedures.
Blyth Spartans AFC have contacted the National League to inform them that Tuesday’s game (February 9th) with Bradford Park Avenue at Croft Park will not go ahead. Like many other clubs in National League North, this decision has reluctantly been made in the light of continuing uncertainty about ongoing funding.
