The Club’s Extraordinary General Meeting took place in the Social Club on Thursday 28th February.
The shareholders present voted unanimously to ratify the vote taken at the Club’s August 2018 AGM and adopt the updated Articles of Association as prepared by FA appointed solicitors Muckle LLP. The decision has been minuted and signed and the updated Articles will now be submitted to Companies House for registration.
The Directors and Executive Committee would like to thank all shareholders who attended the meeting.
