TEAM NEWS
After what was clearly an entertaining and strong willed battle at Witton on Saturday, Blyth will be back on their travels as they head to Chorley. The Magpies are sitting 2nd in the league and like Blyth have seen decent starts to the season. Blyth will be without Hubbard, Kendrick, Cummings, Holmes and a chance of Matthew Wade and Watson missing after picking up knocks on Saturday.

In what is almost certain will be a great fixture, the two teams involved showcase impressive records 10 games into the Evo Stik season. Chorley are unbeaten at home and Spartans are unbeaten away from home. A win for either side could see them go top of the league, depending on results elsewhere. Chorley have only conceded 5 goals at home in as many games but Blyth have only conceded 2 goals on their travels, in 5 games, being a fluke strike at Stocksbridge and the 90th minute penalty at Marine on the opening day.
