Prior to Saturday’s FA Cup game, Dave Charlton of Blyth Spartans Supporters Club (pictured left) was on hand to present Kevin Scott with a cheque for £2,000. This money was raised by the Supporters Club through the selling of programmes, merchandise, etc. Well done and thank you to the Supporters Club and to the SpartansFans whose purchases have raised the money!

Spartans Loan Robert Briggs

Blyth Spartans can announce the signing of central midfield player Robert Briggs from Gateshead on a month’s loan. The 19-year-old is the captain of their reserve team and was a key member of the side that won the Durham County Cup last season.
