Spartans Sign Jake Turnbull

The Spartans can confirm that they have signed midfielder Jake Turnbull. The 19-year-old is a product of the Cramlington Juniors set up and played for Bedlington Terriers last season under Assistant Manager Paddy Atkinson. He has trained with the first team over the summer and featured in several of the friendlies, he will be in the squad as the Spartans start their campaign away to Witton Albion this Saturday. Birdsall Released
