TEAM NEWS
It’s a return to league action as Spartans begin the process of climbing up the table, finding ourselves 22nd, yet nine games in hand on current league leaders Skelmersdale. With Blyth being knocked out the FA Trophy midweek with a long journey down to Halesowen, minds should be fully focused on the job of collecting points and leapfrogging as many teams in the league as possible.

At Halesowen we were without captain Robbie Dale, Neal Hooks, Stephen Turnbull, Nathan Buddle, Alex Nicholson and Damon Mullen, and despite putting in a hearty performance, it was too testing for the depleted squad. Hopefully all players should be able to return for the team selection, along with new signing Michael Richardson, who could make his Blyth Spartans and Croft Park debut, if selected by manager Tom Wade. A win for Blyth could see us rise up to 19th.

IN THE AWAY DUG OUT
Gary Setchell – Ex Kettering, Rushdon & Diamonds and Kings Lynn player, been in charge since 2010.

DANGER MAN
George Thomson – has scored 10 league goals for Kings Lynn so far this season
