About the Supporters Club

WHAT WE DO

The Supporters Club is run to provide both financial and administrative support to assist in the running of Football Club. This is done in a variety of ways, with examples as follows :

– Selection and supply of First Team Match and Training Kit
– Run the Club Store at Croft Park and the online store
– General fundraising
– Sponsorship of Kit, Player and Pitch
– Provide supporters travel to various away matches

BSAFC OFFICIAL SUPPORTERS CLUB TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The below Terms and Conditions will apply to all away day travel ran by the BSAFC Official Supporters Club. To ensure that all persons traveling remain safe these guidelines will be enforced.

All travel information will be made available via Social media (Facebook, Twitter) and also on the main Club website.

1) Terms and Conditions

a) BSAFC Official Supporters Club or the bus company will not be held responsible for the any injuries and the loss/damage of any personal belongings.
b) No Smoking
c) No Alcohol consumption.
d) No Drug use with exception of prescribed medication
e) No foul and abusive language
f) Any U18’s wishing to travel must be accompanied by an adult.
g) All buses must be left in the same condition they arrived in (Clean and tidy)
h) Food will be allowed (depending on Bus Company Rules), all empty packaging must be disposed of correctly.

2) Seat bookings and Refunds
a) Seating Priority will be given to Official Supporters Club Members.
b) Seats can be purchased through the Online store or inside the Official Club Store during match days.
c) All seats must be paid for at the time you book your seat.
d) If you pay and wish to cancel your travel you will NOT be refunded, however we will credit you money for a future bus

3) Pickups and Drop offs

a) The bus will leave from Bridge House (Job Centre) Percy St (Off Bridge St) unless informed otherwise
b) All persons traveling are responsible for being present at the pickup and drop off points for the allotted departure times . If you miss the pickup BSAFC Official Supporters Club or the bus company are not responsible.
c) Pickups and drop offs will be confirmed prior to the departure of the bus, no pickups will be made in Blyth other than at Croft Park and no ‘ad hoc’ drop offs will be made on the way back unless prior arrangement is made.

Anyone breaching the terms & conditions may be prevented from travelling on future buses.
The Committee of the Official Blyth Spartans Supporters Club reserve the right to deny travel to any individual at their discretion.
