Blyth face Championship side Birmingham City on Saturday in the eagerly anticipated FA Cup Third Round clash.
Spartans have already won in six previous rounds in the competition this season, while the Midlands side visit Croft Park for their first FA Cup match for just under a year.
They were knocked out in the Fourth Round last season when they hosted Premier League side Swansea City.
Blyth have made history this season, reaching the Third Round of the FA Cup for the fourth time in their history under the guidance of manager Tom Wade.
Wade talked to the club’s official Matchday Magazine about the club’s FA Cup run to date and looked ahead to the excitement of hosting a Championship club at a packed Croft Park.
