Blyth Spartans can confirm that reserve goalkeeper Jack Norton has left the club. The former Darlington ‘keeper signed over the summer from Gateshead and made two appearances for the Spartans, coming on for the injured Mark Bell at Eastwood Town and playing the full ninety minutes at Vauxhall Motors. The club would like to thank him for his time at the club and wishes him every success in the future.

Two SpartansFans from Ireland, Fergus Dowd and Padraig Corrigan are making a three day trek from Ballymoat, Co. Sligo to Croft Park to raise funds for the RNLI.
