Minutes of the Blyth Spartans Supporters Club Committee meeting held on 15/1/11
Present: Bobby Bell, David Wall, Deborah Wall, Brian Bell, Scott Dewhurst, Gillian Wall, Anthony Seghini, Chris Doyle, Andrew Westgarth, Brian Davison, Jane Freeman
Correspondence: The usual array of bills and requests.
Treasurer: A healthy balance after all bills have been settled.
Programme: Problems have been encountered recently regarding the delivery of the programme. It was agreed that we would investigate the possibility of switching supplier to a more local firm.
Shop: Internet shop was down for a short time recently due to an administrative error. Sales continue to be reasonably healthy both online (including an order bound for St Petersburg!) and in the shop at the ground.
AOB: Buses going very well.
AS to attend the next exec meeting on behalf of the Supporters Club
It was agreed that the food provision in the ground would be reviewed at the end of the season.
A donation will be made to the club at the next home game.
Brian B to be present on Monday while NCC carry out electrical checks.
