TEAM NEWS
With all the hype from the FA Cup still strong in everyone related Spartans from the weekend, a reminder of the league games which we have been re-arranged are taking part. A trip to Stalybridge, who current host FC United of Manchester is on the cards and another solid performance will be required if Blyth are to lift out of the bottom 4. FC United are currently sitting 8th, having played 3 games more than Spartans.

Saturdays game at Leek Town saw the return of Dan Maguire and Stephen Turnbull, both who lasted the full 90 minutes. Other central midfield Matthew Wade was present upon the subs bench. Nathan Buddle will be back available from his cup suspension but will be hoping that he can make it back into the squad after a superb 2nd half from Ryan Hutchinson and returning Danny Parker. A win for Blyth could see them raise up to 18th, with still an average 4 games in hand of surrounding teams.
