Blyth Spartans can announce the signing of Chester-le-Street keeper Kyle Barlow as cover. The 20-year-old produced a stunning display in the recent friendly between the two sides, preventing a much heavier defeat for the Cestrians and manager Steve Cuggy was quick to invite Kyle down to training, to take another look and this saw Kyle play as a second half substitute in the 4-0 friendly win over Ashington.
