TEAM NEWS
Saturday saw Spartans secure a good away win at Rushall Olympic and will be looking to continue to catch up on the play off pack with another tricky tie against Ramsbottom United. This will be the first meeting the clubs have had which isnt a cup match, the only previous meeting being last seasons 1-0 defeat at Croft Park in the FA Trophy. Ramsbottom are also on 27 games, lik Blyth and have a heavy schedule as the season comes to the business end of the campaign. A win for Blyth could move us up to 11th, unless Stourbridge pick up atleast a point against Stamford, Blyth’s next opposition.

With Peter Jeffries out at least a month, Nick Thomson will make his home debut, after making his first appearance at Rushall on Saturday. Michael Richardson scored the winner in the West Midlands, he will be hoping for a starting place. Robbie Dale scored from the spot for the 2nd game in a row in the 3rd minute, 1 more goal for him see’s the winger reach 20 goals for the season in all competition.

OPPOSITION MANAGER
Jon Robinson – Ex Ramsbottom player, started the job on the turn of the year 2015.

DANGER MAN
Jamie Rother – Scored 2 goals in the last 2 games for The Rams
