TEAM NEWS
After taking six points from games against fellow title contenders this week, Blyth will be looking to continue their fine form as they welcome Grantham Town to Croft Park. In what was a packed, and windy, stadium on Tuesday night, a Damen Mullen penalty and Wilson Kneeshaw home debut goal saw Salford City off and strengthens our promotion hopes. The Gingerbread men find themselves find themselves in a sticky situation since the turn of the year, with three defeats in as many games, without scoring a goal in 270 minutes of football.

Blyth may be able to add Dan Maguire, Sean Reid and Andrew Cartwright to the squad on Saturday. Previous MOTM Damen Mullen, alongside Matthew Wade in the middle, will be key as we protect the defence and feeding the striking options. A win for Spartans will see us move to 63 points.

OPPOSITION MANAGER
Adam Stevens – Been in charge since November 2014.Took the team to a 12th place finish in his first season.

DANGER MAN
Rhys Lewis – Scored two goals in December, but unable to find the net during January.
