TEAM NEWS
In what feels like a lengthy wait for the next fixture after the away fixture to Trafford was called off, football returns to Croft Park when we welcomeg fourth placed Curzon Ashton. This will be a real test for the Spartans as the visitors are hoping to win a place in the play offs at least, as we are. With fixtures coming thick and fast, these games are what make the difference of finishing in the play off zone or not.

Three of our usual starters have been on trial at Alloa Athletic this week-Jordan Watson, Ryan Hutchinson and Matthew Wade. But they are expected to be back in the squad for the weekend. Another player who has been off on trial of late has been winger Jarrett Rivers, who has returned to the club after being at Oldham Athletic for a week. He is currently in talks with a SkyBet League club but could still feature unless an agreement is reached in the next few days.

IN THE AWAY DUG OUT
John Flanagan – John Flanagan – Ex Stockport, Hyde, Stalybridge and Droylsden. Joined the club in the summer of 2011.

DANGER MAN
Ryan Brooke – Top goalscorer in the league for Curzon with 11 goals recorded
