In a year which has seen the “Olympic Spirit” come to the fore, Spartans will be hoping to demoralise their opponents this weekend.
Blyth will be dusting the cobwebs off Croft Park – for their first home game in nearly a month – when eighth-placed Rushall Olympic make their first ever trip to the ground for Saturday’s game (3pm kick-off.)
And Paddy Atkinson’s men will be looking to record their first win in six games (in all competitions) and also give their new caretaker manager a debut home win.
