Departure | Orrell leaves Blyth Spartans

It is with disappointment that Blyth Spartans announce the cancellation of Jake Orrell’s contract by mutual consent.  Orrell, after signing from Newcastle Benfield in the summer, appeared in 10 of Blyth’s 13 games in all competitions this season.  The decision to release him from his contract was made reluctantly at the player’s request.       Blyth Spartans manager Lee Clark updated the club’s website on his first week in the job, with 10 players and physio Gary Neasham joining the club.
