FA Trophy | Second & Third Round draw

The draw for the second and third round of the FA Trophy has taken place this afternoon.  Blyth Spartans face Northumberland neighbours Morpeth Town at Croft Park on Tuesday, December 15.  Should Michael Nelson’s progress, Blyth will host Callum Roberts’ Notts County in the third round four days later on Saturday, December 19.

FA Cup | Entry round, prize money and dates

Blyth Spartans AFC will enter the FA Cup at the Second Round Qualifying Stage – which is scheduled to take place on Saturday, October 3.  The proposed start date for the 2020-21 National League North campaign also falls on the same weekend, which means Spartans’ first competitive game will be an FA Cup tie.  There will be no replays in the qualifying rounds in order to assist in easing pressure…
