Thank you letter received from Macmillan Cancer Care for framed shirt donation. The shirt raised £180 at the auction
Various bills have been received and actioned
Shop:
Various stock items have been received, we are still awaiting delivery of quite a bit of stock
New items are to be sourced, priced and purchased
Retail unit looks like it will go ahead in the next month to two months – AS to comply list of requirements
New online shop to be sourced (MH)
Programme:
Quality of the match day programme remains very high
Treasurer’s Report:
Very healthy even after all outstanding bills have been paid
Proposal put forward to the Football Club, this is yet to be actioned … offer to remain in place for foreseeable future
Any Other Business:
New website was discussed and it was agreed that it looked good
BB to look into buying ‘dongle’ to allow the club shop to be hooked up to the internet
