Shop:
Retail unit looks like it will go ahead in the next few weeks. Protocol to be set up to check stock levels.
It has been agreed that Gareth Williams will be on hand to officially open the shop.
Online shop is ready to go, BB to confirm bank details for PayPal
Various items were discussed with regard to the Croft Park Centenary, it was agreed that 100 badges and 100 scarves would be ordered and sold through the club shop. A small book detailing the history of the ground will also be produced.
The possibility of obtaining Croft Park pitch gifts will also be taken up
Programme:
Size and price of programme to remain the same
MH to organise thank you letters to this season’s sponsors (once Sponsors Night has been organised). It was agreed to keep the advert prices the same for the new season.
It was agreed to produce programmes for the Darlington and Newcastle United games, but not the Whitley Bay game. The quantity of programmes (150 and 300) were also discussed.
Treasurer’s Report:
Very healthy even after all outstanding bills have been paid
Any Other Business:
AW & DC to organise Squad Place Raffle after speaking to IKE – details to be forwarded to MH for inclusion on SC website.
A price was agreed for the provision of the burger van, this would be put forward to Mark
It was agreed that the Sponsor the Player, Kit and Pitch would continue. Prices to remain the same as last season.
MH to publish details of the AGM on the website once they have been confirmed
