Following on from the success of last season’s ‘Squad Place Raffle’, the Supporters Club are again offering SpartansFans the opporunity to win a place in the Blyth Spartans Squad for the 2009/2010 campaign.
A strip of tickets for the draw cost £5 and are available from Dave Charlton or Andy Westgarth (should any exiled SpartansFans wish to enter the draw if they send an email to info@spartansfans.co.uk we can arrange the transaction)
The draw is open to all SpartansFans, both male and female and to all ages and the winners will receive: –
– Their Pen Pics on the official website
– Inclusion in the official 2009/2010 Squad Photograph
– Possible inclusion in a the Blyth Spartans squad should the club organise a charity match (i.e. the Hollyoaks game)
If you are lucky and the club has a cup run you could have added benefits. Last season’s winner, Mark Walker, was featured in a Metro Radio ‘Follow the Spartans’ poster campaign and was rumoured to have been 66/1 with the bookies to score the opening goal in the 3rd Round FA Cup clash with Blackburn Rovers!
The draw will officially be made in the Spartans Social Club at half time of the first Saturday home game of the season (v Redditch United)
